These statements are sent to media outlets as press releases. They've been getting posted to https://www.donaldjtrump.com/news after a few days' delay -- none have been posted there the same day they first appeared in media reports and here. Not sure if there are other distribution channels, or if some well-connected people are getting them from the media outlets that receive them and reposting here and elsewhere. Gab has been getting them from somewhere and posting them on their unofficial "realdonaldtrump" account.
and yesterday that gab account also posted a simple two word happy easter message in addition to the earlier longer one. was that really trump on gab? i want to believe.
As u/maga_mama_757 noted and linked, these statements have been appearing on RSBN's Twitter account, presumably because RSBN is on the direct distribution list: https://twitter.com/RSBNetwork/status/1379155062325456907 Portions of some the longer statements have also appeared in MSM articles reporting on the statements, e.g. Fox News.
I'm not a fan of how Gab operates, especially with regard to President Trump, but they have never posted anything fake on their unofficial "realdonaldtrump" account (it is not, and never has been under Trump's control or used by him). If they ever did, I'm sure Trump's attorneys would take aggressive legal action immediately, and get that account permanently shut down by court order.
