I think all 9 are compromised. Here in Canada, we used to have a chief justice of the SC named Bev McLaughlin, and unrepentant leftist. Our SC is totally comp'd by the cabal (check their robes out, for example!), but during Bev's reign as chief justice almost all judgments were 7/2.
