Jovan's proven to be a hard guy to rattle. Plus he's set...hard to bribe a guy who doesn't need your money.
I think the two companies may be using Jovan's technology to find fraud in the paper "kinematic artifacts". I don't think Jovan himself is going to be involved. It sounded like 2 small private companies, easy to corrupt or pay off.
It's his tech...if called I expect he'll be involved after all someone will question if the process was followed and if it was done correctly...if only to answer this question, he'll step up I expect.
The Cyber Ninja's owner seems pretty based. I'm assuming they are worried about it though since they keep with the delay tactics.
