While this is a good theory, the government is extremely incompetent. They wouldn’t risk their family getting killed because someone botched something. It’s more likely that people who got the shot will get sick again, they’ll call it Covid 2020 or some bullshit, and lock everything down again. People who didn’t get it won’t get sick again and will be called the crazy ones.
