I have reduced my spending 30-40%, no new homes or cars. I have reduced my spending with evil companies by 90% maybe more. Don't enrich people that hate you.

Yep, agree completely. I am seeing how far this koof passport stuff goes. Don't care about pubs or holidays (wear this, go here, stand here, do this, no buffet) In the UK I go to work, I come back, I go on here, I go in my garden, I see family and friends. That's it. I keep myself together.

Already have even before all this, it's great advice. Buy assets like real estate rather than consumerist crap

Of course. Fine.

You might look into dried beans and peas, and chick peas, especially a mixture called "soup mix."

You rinse them under running cold water in a mesh strainer, then put them into a bowl, cover them with cold water, leave them there an hour. They contain a sugar we can't digest which irritates us. This soaking leaches it out.

Then rinse them again, discarding that water. Put them into completely new cold water in a pot, bring to a boil, leave on a medium simmer for a while, covered, and eat when they are soft. Or, put them, once rinsed that second time, into a slow cooker and go to bed. Tomorrow they will be done.

If you can find powdered "taco seasoning" you might like that on them. Maybe with ketchup. Or just some oil and some vinegar, mixed together, is fine too.

Lentils don't need the one hour soak. Just boil them, maybe in the microwave.

Saving this for future reference. Thanks!

I've never heard to the taco seasoning with beans. That sounds good. I like beans a lot and want to try this.

Oats blended with water and your choice of fruit makes for a simple, very filling, very drinkable (yet bland) shake(s)

I consume about two pounds of oats (oats, not oatmeal) a day this way, I get organic oats for a dollar a pound in the bulk section of food store, off the shelf is always way overpriced for oats

Consuming at least 3500 healthy calories a day at about $2 to $4 a day, all other foods I consume are just added nutrients, and I get I meaty meal once a day because I crave it if I don’t

I used to have health issues that gave me diet restrictions, so I’m used to eating bland, so three individual oat shakes three times a day doesn’t bother me, maybe it would drive others crazy

Bland is fine. I don't mind bland. I just want to get my energy and nutrients, and feel full. Anything else is just recreational eating.

Start living smarter and more self-reliant is a better way of saying this.

I already started that months ago when I saw they were serious about installing Biden as Commander in Cheat. I cut back my work hours to reduce my tax burden. I do not want to subsidize a fraud in the WH or his illegitimate administration.

42 years ago when I first got married I told hubby I was going shopping and asked him how much I could spend. I was new to this marriage stuff and we were both working.

He said I could spend as much as I thought we could afford. The bastard.

Needless to say I came home empty handed.

So for 42 years we lived on my income, saved his, were frugal, worked shows on the weekend, no vacations per se, no honeymoon, and now that we are old and decrepid we are enjoying our retirement as we crawl around, friendless because every single fucking neighbor either croaked or got old and moved away to 55+ condos. But I think we had fun along the way.

So kids, save your money, pay off your credit cards ea month, do not go to Starbucks. Debt will kill you

Buy assets not liabilities. Buy from companies that compete against this shit. Vote with your damn wallet.

They do hate capitalism so why not stop funding their woke shit? I've started boycotting so many things in the last couple of years that I can't even track it all. I'm saving lots of money and I've never been happier, aside from the hostile takeover of my country and looming genocide causing some stress.
