that is exactly what we thought from the very beginning. that is why it upset us to hear Hannity and Bongino saying what they were.

this is a common police tactic. you can find 10000000s of videos online where this technique is used.

for someone that "couldn't breathe", Floyd never shut the hell up. he had 11 ng/mL of Fentanyl in his system. 9 ng/mL is deadly.

I'll push back on the breathing thing. There was a fat black man that died at the hands of police after selling cigarettes in the street or something. I don't know the full story... But what I do remember is that him saying he couldn't breathe didn't mean "I can't breathe at all" and really meant "I can't breathe enough".

He wasn't able to take in a full breath but he could get just enough, for a little while, to repeat his plea until he died.

He was resisting arrest at the time.

I'm just countering the notion that verbalization means taking full breaths.
