We are monitored in some shape or form 24/7 no matter where we are whether it be using cellphones, our computers & email, cameras on streets and stores, to tracking store purchases. There is NO way in hell they DONT already know exactly where the criminals are.
The problem is just maybe they aren't always a priority. We should be asking ourselves why that is, who do they TRULY work for, and what's their REAL mission.
We are the terrorists they are looking for.
