There are many inland/not on bay that go for 3400 now.... but they are dumps. I lived in Marin for a year pre-plandemic. 2 bedroom, near the Richardson Bay, paid $7400 a month. There are many inland/not on bay that go for 3400 now.... but they are dumps. Let's fix the liberal shitholes before we give out free money...
