I make informed decisions when I buy a car. I guess I could call it refusing to bank on the liability of a jalopy. I wouldn't call it refusing, just not in the least interested. Same with the COVAX. Still waiting on the results of the animal testing. FDA says that it takes 8 years for drugs to go through their trials.
