Is it possible for these type of places to take cash only payments, not pay sales tax, local taxes or permits, licenses, nor federal taxes? Would police come to shut it down and if they do could they just be paid off like Democrats do with all the money they save from not paying all the taxes and fees described above? Could they theoretically get away with something like that?
