Delta pilot here. We cancelled due to staffing, reservations are up but pilot training is behind. I have no idea why our CEO needed to weigh in, but a few passengers gave me crap for it today (I agreed with them).

It was a bummer to see those dipshit virtue signaling comments from the CEO. I had flown enough to get medallion status for 2020 and had been flying strictly delta for a while.
