// EDIT, BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN POINTED OUT I WRITE LIKE SHIT: Supreme Court Judge Clarence Thomas today issued a rulling to vacate the previous supreme joke ruling that President Trump COULD NOT block users on Twitter and he issued a bunch of statements around that stating that section 230 protections for websites are unconstitutional, that websites can be turned into public goods via turning them into some sort of common carrier nonsense, and various bullshittery like that. I thought this guy was legit, but like the rest of the supreme joke, time has swiss cheezed his brain.

Original links from earlier today on here: https://patriots.win/p/12i48aw278/justice-clarence-thomas-says-big/c/

Judge Clarence Thomas is wrong: if private property rights exist, AND I BELIEVE 100% IN PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS, then the government CANNOT confiscate your property and make it a public good. Private property is what allows you to have autonomy over your freedom of associations. No property right, anyone can walk on to your lawn and FREELY ASSOCIATE WITH YOU. Property rights + 2a, you got a damn good conversation starter.

Full stop.

Yes, monopolies. Yes, common carrier. There are arguments on both sides, don't assume you can argue successfully against private property rights in either case.

However, just listen the the beauty of a mental turd that Tim just laid down in that fucking video. You want to know how we have big government, inefficient government, rules that don't make any sense, so many laws that there are NEW STARTUPS BEING VENTURE FUNDED WHOSE SOLE BUSINESS PLAN IS TO OFFER TO READ THE LAW FOR YOU SO YOU CAN RUN YOUR BUSINESS. I swear to god, this is a thing now.

If you EVER wondered how we got into this mess? Tim mother fucking Pool and morons like him that are JUUUUUUUUUUUUUUST fucking smart enough to not understand how fucking stupid they are.

The SINGLE THING that is accelerating alt tech, alt alt tech and waking our people out of their fucking 100 year stupor is PRIVATE COMPANY CENSORSHIP. Everyone fucking bitches about it, but we wouldn't have Gab, .WIN, Odyssey and all the other amazing stuff growing at a fraction of the rate if it wasn't for those fucking idiots kicking our people in the ass and FORCING THEM TO LIVE BY THEIR PRINCIPLES.

We are in this hell because everyone is too lazy even to hang on to the simples and clearest of all principles: private property.

I wasn't really sure if Tim Pool was just playing it smart by kinda sitting on the fence, but, like all of our own bullshit (my self included), we all get found out.

We just found out Tim Pool.

What a faggot.

Big tech was and is funded by the US gov. They have no private property rights since tax payers subsidize them. Let’s also not forget section 230 only applies to the big boys. This is an artificial barrier put in place by the gov to make it cost prohibitive to launch a competitor due to the need for the massive manpower required to not get your ass sued into the ground when zuck or osama bin Jack hire an army of trolls to spam cp

I have a slightly different perspective.

Most of big tech is funded by your retirement funds and other investment funds, NOT, the government.

They have government contracts, public and secret ones, but the rality here is:

  1. YOU are funding big tech through your IRA, mutual funds, teachers retirement plans and so forth.

  2. Big tech is making big profits. Their profits are not from free money from government, they are from business activity as a result of a large amount of investment being sunk into them by many many many groups. If I open up a 2 man graphic design firm and my main contracts are with local governments that account for 75% of my business, that doesn't make me publicly funded nor make my private property subject to expropriation by government.

What you just wrote is what communists believe and what they did to Russia in the late 1800s, eastern europe and china in the early 1900s and want to do here.

Please consider carefully your position on this.

You either have the right to your property, or you don't. There is no such thing as "you can own your house but one day the government can decide that your neighbour can move in on sundays because you mowe his lawn".

Right?

Wrong, big tech was birthed by government. As public companies now you might own shares in them through your IRA etc but their birth and their size were directly helped by government and now protected by government
