It can always get worst ... it usually starts with a real State collapse ... let’s say that China needs some capital to buy ... a aircraft carrier or a moon rocket ... so they decide to sell shares in a East African port, or CNN, and then they find out ... is worth shit ... that’s when the fireworks start
