I had no idea they were Jewish until just now.

That shouldn't matter. Neither should the fact that the vast majority of "stewards" are gay...or that most pilots identify as he/him or she/her.....or that the ground crew guy supplements his income playing poker with the boys and selling venison.

Every situation must now be analyzed to determine who has the most privilege.

He's wearing a yarmulke, as has each one been visibly jewish.

I didn't notice.

Maybe we should all wear yarmulkes when we fly to take some of the pressure off our Jewish countrymen.

A business associate of mine from India, who is Sikh, actually shaved off his beard and got a haircut to travel to the US for meetings.

This was about a year after 9/11. It made perfect sense, but his father was pissed.
