Haven't seen any actual news on this since they 'banned' the senate from county buildings. So, who has jurisdiction over counties...? We should talk to them.
Don't know much. The senators have been quiet on this issue ever since it came up. Looking at their twitter activity, Borrelli and Wendy Rogers are well aware that the BoS might be setting up a chain of custody trap to discredit the audit and protect them from legal action when fraud is found. Fann also had a few harsh words for the board when they said that they didn't want the audit at the tabulation center. That's about it. Plus they are busy with other issues like border security.(They are still 110% committed to this audit) People close to the state senate like @barnettforAZ are optimistic. Cyber Ninja's already started making some preliminary requests and inquiries. It appears that AZ senate actually does have the right to use the tabulation center as it isn't owned by the board and by default subpoenas for audits are held where material is stored.
