I think he gets convicted on all charges. Not because they’ve been proven but simply because of the pressure on the jurors to find that verdict, the degree of emotion that is being allowed into the trial, and studies show emotion is typically how jurors make decisions. Unfortunately the idea that jurors make decision based on reason and logic just do not add up when looking at empirical evidence for jury decisions. I think the murder charges will get tossed on appeal.
