They put on a show to guilt Republicans into not doing it. They don’t want to actually get rid of the filibuster since they need it when not in power. They put on a show to guilt Republicans into not doing it. Instead they will change the rules so they can have the best of both worlds
If they pass HR1/SR1 they will never need the filibuster again.
I wish more people understood this.
