(On a side note...in real estate you can sued for calling a neighborhood "minority" or calling any neighborhood black or brown)
A part of this training is being aware of your whiteness while working in a minority community. We are expected to plant trees in these neighborhoods but should not consider ourselves white saviors (as many lefties do).
