The ideal situation for the globalist parasite is for every society on earth to be segmented like an orange.

With some number of more or less equally sized ethnic minority groups making up the population.

So that those most wealthy and closest to the institutions of power can forge coalitions of whichever groups are most conducive to their continued dominance over the accumulated resources of the (now former) nation, and win control through elections.

Only to break those alliances and form new ones when those previous allies begin to want genuine control of the resources, and so retain power over the population, and total access to all resources indefinitely.
