Not entirely. Japan is a submissive culture because they lost WWII. It's not a very good culture overall. They're intelligent and technologically advanced but they lack strength. Though, they seem to slowly be picking up their balls again, very slowly. They need to get women out of industry and politics if they ever want a hope of it but that'll start happening naturally with time.
Take a look at anywhere the USA has had influence in and see that indeed, that is the impact of American influence... effeminate men, unruly women, men fucking men as if they were women, etc... etc... It's almost as if the USA are in fact the bad guys and have been for decades.

That is due to our fault. We imposed a new government structure on to them. Japan would be far better under the leadership of Tojo.
