Exactly, especially because Poland and central + Eastern Europeans are based. Imagine how much worse it would be if we were assimilated into Germany - they’d probably have deported us anyway.
Oh we would have landed in Siberia for sure. They wanted the land but they had no use for us. They were known to take Polish children that looked Aryan and try to raise them as Germans, so maybe a few would have been spared that fate, but most would have been expelled to the far East.
