Take all of the confirmed dead voters and tell us how many voted for Dems and how many for R's. Do that in every state. If it's more than 10% outside the overall votes, they you have statistical proof of organized registration fraud.
It really scares me how many people on this forum seem to be oblivious to the most basic principle of our election system: There is no way to tell which candidates specific voters voted for. Ballots are cast in secret (a big reason why we should not allow absentee voting, is that voters can be coerced into showing their ballot -- to a union boss, to a nursing home caregiver, to a professor for a grade -- before it is sealed and delivered). If there was any way to determine who voted for whom, that in itself would be evidence of criminal tampering with the election process.

There was an early statistical analysis that was weighting dead voters vs red or blue district to show a statistically significant trend. If you have a greater weighting of dead voters in blue districts, and it's statistically significant, you've got your proof.
Yeah but you would still need to find those specific ballots. Unless that district voted 100% blue. The best I can see is if Arizona has to admit they don't know WHO won the election b/c of the fraud unless they actually find fake ballots or switched votes.

Flipping EVs to Trump is more difficult, and perhaps unnecessary if you can just get Biden EVs decertified. There's more than enough evidence to provide that element of doubt, but I suspect it's going to take a very hot smoking gun for this to actually happen given the amount of resistance this will face.

Agreed, but part of my argument is that it's not the courts that are tasked with overturning election results, it is the State legislatures, and they can set their own burden of proof.
If they have certified fraudulent elections, they have actually committed a crime. The key is to throw enough doubt into the validity of the results that an honest actor can no longer swear that the elections were legitimate, and therefore the results should be null and void. Proof of fraud would go quite a long ways towards doing that.
