They were 13 and 15, black, murdered a man in DC and then made a backdoor deal to lessen the charge to be out before they're 21. If it were anywhere else I'd say SJW politics but in DC I see hungry sexual predators that smell a free meal. I have no proof but I'd keep a watch on where these two go. I smell the devil at work in all of this.
