My family stopped watching before the Kaepernick saga even though we were die-hard Steelers fans, season tickets since the 70s (Dad, I only went occasionally and he sold his seat license in '19). But really, I quit watching entirely when it became political, LAST effing thing I want/need on a Sunday when I sit down to relax on my day off is to be "taught how bad of a person I am because of my melanin content."
