They will lose money by excluding half the population, so I suspect the govt will incentivize them to implement restricting with grants/funds/bribes to help with COVID "protocols"
And Libertarians will still Reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, saying it is free market, after the government coerces the stores into implementing the government's state run religion.
