In a fair system the counting of the votes would be equally distributed. There is no random explanation that the counting of votes after 3 am would be suddenly near 100% Biden.
His point remains though. Some counties have let's say 70/30 splits and you'd expect the vote tallies to match that outcome. But yeah either way there's no real world scenario where 200k Biden only votes would occur unless they were busing in loads of vetted voters to specific voting locations
