YOU CANNOT USE BENFORD’S LAW TO DETERMINE ELECTION FRAUD. Though it might highlight or give small indicators to fraud, it cannot be used as direct evidence. Shit like this is going to make us look stupid.

I don’t think anyone is saying Ben Law proves fraud but that it’s a red flag. And the specific scenarios of what occurred in different states are being presented. Again these scenarios are red flags that no one wants to audit and look at. There could be explanations that make sense as to why someone would pull a suitcase out from under a table at 1Am that’s been sitting there since 10AM the day prior, but no one even wants to ask the questions.

No it is not a red flag. It is a misapplication of Benford's law that is so egregious that it undercuts all the other claims.
