Are there any Countries or states that have used mail in ballots that we can use to compare as a baseline against the obvious fraud? Mail in Ballots would obvious give someone the time to research and look up other candidates likely resulting in an even lower discrepancy than someone going to a polling place and then not voting down ballot because they didn't know about the other candidates.
