One factor is that the majority of Health care workers and doctors in TX are exhausted by it and no longer on board the paranoia train except a few Dem ran urban shtholes. Everybody I know already tested positive for it at one point. Won't be long until CDC figures out how to squeeze COVID+ test out of airborne allergens.
