If DeSantis can convince the court 60 min acted with malice it is entirely possible.

O'Keefe is also a public figure and is winning cases.

From the article. "In Sullivan, the high court created the now well-known “actual malice” standard, which requires a public figure in a defamation case to prove that the defendant either knew a statement was false or acted with reckless disregard for its truth."

Purposefully leaving out key or relevant facts to solely serve the agenda they are pushing seems to me like a strong definition of MALICE.

I held my nose and watched a pirated copy of his appearance on Cucker Tarlson last night. DeSantis described what CBS did as “malicious with reckless disregard for the truth.” The specific wording there makes me think/hope he will file a lawsuit.

He is a public figure, so he can't sue for slander or libel.

There are ways, there are always ways especially when the EVIDENCE is so very strong.

Not in this fucked hellhole. They could literally report he was arrested for child rape and even photoshop a fake warrant and get away scot free

You are describing what the LIARS and CHEATS in the MSM do every single day, but the American people are NOT stupid.

The propaganda, blackmail, and othe illegal games that the Commie Dems and the MSM play are getting exposed every single day, non stop.

In this real sense, their agendas are failing very badly, just like so many Fake Impeachments.

He can, he just has a higher standard to overcome.

He could probably pull 3 to 5 hundred million. Billions is a hard sell.

Why give them the chance to do what they did by giving them the interview. Did he not see how they treated Trump? If Republicans as a whole had a single vertebra, they would freeze out these propagandists working for the globalists trying to destroy America as a free nation made up of individuals with inalienable rights from God, not corrupt government officials.

You know it will be a lose-lose proposition if DeSantis had said no to the interview.

Right away, they would have said that is GUILTY and is HIDING stuff otherwise he would have been open to the interview.
