I don't care when big corporations lose money. However, I do care when the people those corporations employ are out of a job due to criminal activity, and I also care when criminal activity is met with outright endorsement from local and state government rather than the due prosecution it deserves.
Ultimately, it doesn't bother me if Starbucks et al want to cheer on the people burning down their stores, but there are other human costs to consider, as well as the example being set by the city and state's complete lack of appropriate reaction.
