This 'information' was going around a couple of months ago and there is nothing to verify it is legit except for one fluff 'article' on redpilledmedia. Not saying it's wrong, but not sure it's right, either.
I mean we've seen the video of the guy who shot. He has black hands and face... not sure if you're being sarcastic, but that image below is pulled directly from the video.

I havent seen anything else either, which is probably why...because it's likely true.
Theres a reason why the media wont cover it. Discharging your weapon has mountains of paperwork...we should know by now.
I disagree, actually. I think if this story had any legs at all to it, we would know it by now.
Personally I'm pretty firmly convinced it was a white guy.
