You can't mandate anyone take "experimental" anything. Vaccine passports for "experimental" shit doesn't fly. Even Obama judges would agree.

Why has not a single one of 50 state legislatures removed liability for COVID? Zero businesses would ever have a reason to require this if they could not face liability for COVID in the workplace. Fuck executive orders banning passports. Or even legislatures doing the same. Just take away COVID liability and all problems solved.
