People are not equal. That doesn't mean you should hate them or be cruel to them, but it also doesn't mean you should allow yourself to be destroyed out of pity.
Maybe once people start getting more "diversity " oncologists or "diversity " food safety inspections " or "no right answer " bridges they'll get it.
Thats happened before and as the last century has shown us, the average person gets mad when you try and correct a problem brought on by diversity or immigration
