agreed...a blood choke works within seconds and an air choke would have prevented him from talking.i gave I think all the footage I know of a few handers to try to keep any emotion out of it. I dont know how I would have handled it much different...escalation of force....once you put a guy on the ground (that he asked for) you dont go back to uncuffing him and chatting
The cops were all chill af. It was routine. Kirby wasn’t combative just freaking out. Every one knew what was going down and they did everything by the book. And now testimony came out that his knee wasn’t even on his neck but rather his shoulder.

who called the paramedics? because you dont call them generally unless you think your going to need them.
