Was she arrested and jailed? Check. Yes, she was arrested and jailed. She was fired and the charge were later dropped.
So was she arrest after discovering retroviruses are transmitted through vaccines given to humans?

So if it does't come up in Google scholar in what we deem to be a "reliable academic publication", it isn't real, right? I haven't read her book "Plague", but this is indeed part of what she claims to have discovered, and her studies have obviously been wiped from the "official" records... And she clearly was jailed following these events--and the charges were later dropped, suggesting that the arrest may have been an intimidation tactic.
So it really depend on who you believe here... the tyrannical medical industry or this scientist lady. Personally I haven't looked into it, but it's a hell of a lot more murky than these "fact-checkers" have made it out to be.

I read her book Plague when it first came out. She was a highly regarded scientist who didn't join the boys club. Lots of political money flowing through CFS nonprofits. Lots of names in the book are in the news today. Her arrest was tied to Harry Reid abusing his power, pulling strings behind the scenes.
