Women are raised in our society to be entirely detached from motherhood, babies, pregnancy, etc... that they honestly have no clue anymore. It used to be that a woman could just tell another woman was pregnant almost but merely looking at her because they were around it so much. Now we have young girls that think becoming a NASA scientist is easier than being a mother because motherhood scares them. It is how they're indoctrinating women into becoming nothing more than wage slaves for the elite and ruining men and women's happiness in society in hopes they redirect their spiritual frustration on trying to work more for these international neoliberals.

It doesn't surprised me a woman in today's society would not know she's pregnant.
