Distancing doesn't work, add masks. Masks don't work, add testing. Testing doesn't work, add "vaccine". "Vaccine" doesn't work, oh screw it - just open up and let it sort itself out as it has since time began. New science: man trying to dominate nature and failing miserably!

Chinavirus was created in a lab while studying gain of function viruses also known as chimeras. These are unstable and devolve into weaker states as they mutate. So yes time is the answer. "It'll go away almost like magic".

Totally agree with you about the lab origin. But the new strains of this virus seem to generally mutate towards faster spread and are also more deadly. That may even be due to social distancing, meaning we are now selecting for the virus strains which are able to spread more easily.

I thought the whole nature of a virus is to mutate to become more viral and less deadly? A virus doesn’t want to kill the host and itself, it wants to spread. Therefore it has to mutate to survive. Allegedly.
