This would solve a lot of the problem! I know this one girl who keeps popping out kids by different daddy's and she has lost custody of all of them. Some are in their late teens all the way down to 4 years old. Each time they come out shaking through heroin withdrawal and the bitch goes and does the same shit again, ruining another child's life.

I didn’t have fancy clothes, I didn’t have a fancy car, and even our homes were humble. I was a great mother, my daughter is gainfully employed now, and supports herself.
Not all single mothers are losers! I never had a man live with us, or support us in any way. I didn’t sleep around, and made her my focus, I also ensured that he she had a relationship with her father. Her father paid $200 a month for child support, of which we agreed upon, not through the court.
For this very reason is why I don’t feel sorry for anybody out there. I don’t want to hear this I need a livable wage or the Government to provide for me.
I worked my butt off, to provide for my family, and make sure my daughter went to in Christian daycare, and Christian school up until seventh grade. That was up words to an additional $400-$500 a month - to ensure my child was in a loving environment when I had to work. My daughters safety and education was more important than ‘things’!
