Not entirely true. A plethora of production jobs, sewing being a huge one, we're all shipped out of the US decades ago. Good luck finding high level sewing and upholstery in the US that is affordable enough to produce it here, sell it for anywhere close to a competitive price, and make a profit.

There are entire industries that cannot be made in the US because the skill set was moved over seas so long ago you can't find anyone qualified to do it. They are trades that were practically eradicated in the US. China is the only place you can really go, unless you want to have trash produced in Pakistan that won't be worth the money you pay to ship it.

Every large corporation has a hard-on for access to Chinese markets. And the CCP is making them push marxism if they want to make money there.
