I doubt their reasoning is that America should be punished for rumored crimes committed supposedly by British people in China after the American revolution took place.
I use fentanyl everyday on surgical patients. We dose it in micro grams. For reference a paperclip is 1g. 1000mg in a g. 1000mcg in a mg. Yea I don't trust Cody on the corner to get the conversion right.
Exactly. Fentanyl has gotten a really bad reputation because of the abuse, but when used correctly it's a really useful and very powerful tool. I have had a few major surgeries and it was a life-saver for my recoveries. When it is abused it's terrible, just like anything else.
My reaction too when they first released his tox screen. The level in his system was about the same I would use to anesthetize someone for cardiac surgery (pretty standard to use more opioid as it doesn't jack with hemodynamics on sick hearts)
It’s not banned tho. It’s a pharmacuetical drug used mainly for people with end of life conditions. If your dying, you deserve to not hurt imo.
However the vast majority of fent in North America is chynese black market fent used to cut heroin and make fake oxycodone pills with. It’s obsurdly dangerous (literal chemical weapons grade stuff) when the user knows it’s fent but when it’s used as a cut or substitute then it becomes an intentional weapon in my opinion.
There’s a lot to respond to... why? Because not every drug can kill, nor destroy our society. But sorry man once you say “there is no disagreement on this” I stop taking you seriously. I do wish you well.
It is horrible when abused but it's also really good at what it's supposed to be used for. Like a gun, the chemical by itself isn't evil. It's how it is used that determines that. I've had several major surgeries and have been prescribed fentanyl several times before. It's meant for short-term surgical purposes, not long term pain management.
Chynese fent is a biohazard/chemical weapon. However I’m confident as an ex addict that the drugs Floyd overdosed on were being sold as heroin or oxycodone...most likely heroin. There is very little real heroin in the state’s or Canada anymore. It’s all chynese fent and it’s killed several people I’ve known.
Shitty fucking horrible stuff. Toxic shitty high at that.
Strong but fleeting high. Generally the more potent the drug the less long acting it is. That is a trait that makes them more addictive. Fentanyl is very potent but does not last long.
Nah half life is only a couple hours. One interesting thing about fent is how it finds it’s way into the meth supply (which is all from Mexico) causing a Physical addiction in addition to psychological addiction.
I think we're in agreement on the half life. Potency is how strong of an effect you get with high potency drugs generally fizzling out sooner.
Fentanyl is now just salt for drug dealers. They season everything with it to boost the effect of their supply so addicts come to them since they have the good stuff.
A lot of dealers apparently but fent into it giving it more potency; but pede we’re all proud of you. Much love and stay strong. We’re always here for you 💕💯
seems like a subconscous/primal response when you feel backed into a corner. You're overwhelmed, acing an impending doom, and near the point of a mental breakdown as reality comes crashing down on you.
Ofc in this instance there was a physical reasoning to it, but there is a vid online where a suspect is fleeing and trying to out juke police while saying that phrase.
I know I've felt that way before once or twice and that phrase emerged from within my mind.
He also had meth in his system which works by causing you to release your own stores of dopamine and norepinephrine (noradrenaline). He is functionally having a fight or flight response like hes up against a bear. That is why meth users are so manic and energetic while high.
That plus his now imminent arrest put him into a delirious state where he probably did feel like he couldn't breath. He was having a panic attack on steroids if you take his heart condition out of the picture. But he did have severe coronary disease and so he may have felt like he couldn't breath because he was having symptoms of a heart attack. His ability to keep yelling tells me that he was breathing fine for a while. You can't yell if you can't breath.
Unfortunately, if he had just taken Fentanyl it is fast absorbing/acting and he may have stopped breathing due to this. His bad heart condition mixed with other drugs might contribute to making a short time of not breathing enough to starve his heart of oxygen and killing him. Long story short, a knee on his shoulder (as the court video showed) is far down on my list of reasons why he died in that encounter.
the chinese understand all too well the dangers of foreign drugs in their country, of course they would pump our country full of the shit.
They have LONG memories.
I doubt their reasoning is that America should be punished for rumored crimes committed supposedly by British people in China after the American revolution took place.
Got a friend I serve with whose brother overdosed and died on fent. He was doing something else but the shit was cut with it.
A buddy of mine had a little brother OD on heroin; for whatever reason this shit seems so much worse.

I had to Google “ng/mL” when I saw he had 11. Stunned to see fatale does can be as little as 3.

The case is something else—seriously this drug is really bad news. We need to look out for each other.
As much as I support legalizing drugs yeah I gotta say this one stays banned

I see your point but obviously we disagree there

Actually Taxis, you should be banned. The greater good ya know?
I lost a distant cousin who served in one of the needless middle eastern wars as a firefighter to this drug. It really is nasty.

Yeah of course, it’s aided a lot of medical professionals for anesthesia or something right? Regardless, totally agree with you.
This shit is bad juju and dipshit Kirby is horking down 500 milligrams
Imagine that in the water supply
Chlorine would Probly break it down, thankfully.
That and my Henny.
You blend?

And on top of that, fent reduces oxygen. Doc at Chauvin case recently said it, and it’s getting no media coverage. Brace for the worst pedes
I love looking at this black retard's face knowing that he knew he was going to die.
Nice job, kang. Low-IQ genetic bottomfeeder.
If he’s low IQ and retarded, as you say, how is he smart enough to know he’s going to die when he’s that doped up?
Pretty douchey of you. No offense but I think you’re a not very genuine
