Accurate in my experience. Base services are free but base services could mean waiting for six hours for a ”doctor” and being told to suck it up. But slip some payments in and you can get an MRI and a few doctors scheduled before you walk through the door.
They lie all the time. Or do you mean the officials will find out the vaccine risk is too high by looking at health records? That assumes they have proper reporting which they probably don’t.
I think what this really indicates that even CCP officials know better than to trust the CCP. I mean they know more about the sort of lies that go on than anyone else.
There is a few problems.
The biggest being they can't even afford to do it.
It's a huge myth that Chinese socialist healthcare is functional.
Its functional in that the rich elite CCP members have healthcare. They view the rest of the Chinese as property to be exploited.
