I will say lumber was because of covid lockdowns and house purchases getting even more popular. No supply, extra than normal demand. It is killing me from a furniture making standpoint.. No profit at all anymore. Has been this way since Canada and US mills went stupid claiming COVID. Not buying China lumber.
