I will say lumber was because of covid lockdowns and house purchases getting even more popular. No supply, extra than normal demand. It is killing me from a furniture making standpoint.. No profit at all anymore. Has been this way since Canada and US mills went stupid claiming COVID. Not buying China lumber.
Ah, so this is the reason plywood costs 3x as much compared with last year.
All lumber is more expensive now. Same with gas.
