Nothing after as soon as the cop gets there and I heard one quick siren and no shot of the actual squad car
They purposely didn’t move the car in any jerky movements so as to protect the passengers

Occam’s Razor - Alex was down there looking for stuff like this. Saw it, feared for the children being trafficked and freaked out, like many would during a serious crime being committed in front of them. Also, I expect he will get in trouble for doing this.
Unless the guy was a trafficker and even if he was but the authorities are in on it, Alex could be charged with multiple crimes, the least of which is kidnapping since he wouldn’t let the guy leave.
