Vastly underrated importance. Asymptomatic spread was what allowed the whole concept of lockdowns and masks to sell. It was never challenged to any degree.
I didn’t watch the OP video (shame on me, I know), but IIRC, the whole “asymptomatic spread” theory all led back to one “study” from a Chinese woman who worked for a German company who had taken a trip to China, came back, was “asymptomatic” and then four people she had been around at her work also got the wu-coof.
It was anecdotal and sketchy at best, with a fancy graph “showing” the timeline of when they all supposedly experienced symptoms as opposed to when they were in contact with each other.
A very simple explanation for the entire thing being incorrect is that they didn’t remember the timeline right, or were lying about going to work sick when they were being questioned later.
Also ignored was the possibility that these others got the virus elsewhere, and the contact with the supposed source was not actually their source of the virus.
Obviously a more nefarious explanation is that it was all fabricated, but who knows.
Anyway, all the harping about the “deadly disease no one even knows they have” is all traced back to this one “study”
I'm going to come down on the side of "it was all fabricated".
My anecdotal evidence is the video of people in Wuhan all dropping dead in the streets at the same time, an event that was never duplicated but served its purpose to turn the fear porn up to 11.
I was taught very early in school from basic BIOLOGY classes that you aren't contagious unless you're exhibiting symptoms.
NO OTHER VIRUS IN HISTORY has ever spread without SYMPTOMS. I'm not talking about Bacteria here. Diseases caused by bacteria can transmit without exhibiting symptoms of any kind.

Remember, pre-plamdemic hysteria, unless you were vomiting or had explosive diarrhea, most employers expected you to take some DayQuil and suck it up.

I've always been told (before 2020) that if you're running a fever, or if you have a sore throat, you're contagious, and should stay home.
Now, we have this magic "deadly" virus, that can make you sick without knowing it, and 100% healthy people are now contagious.
Add "throwing up" to that list, but yeah.
