I was taught very early in school from basic BIOLOGY classes that you aren't contagious unless you're exhibiting symptoms.

NO OTHER VIRUS IN HISTORY has ever spread without SYMPTOMS. I'm not talking about Bacteria here. Diseases caused by bacteria can transmit without exhibiting symptoms of any kind.
