I’m on the email list because I used to work there. I did not get this email but I did get the email asking people to VOLUNTARILY inform the agency if you got the COVID vaccine.

Email Request to Self-Report COVID-19 Vaccinations
You may have received an email from NASA’s Electronic Health Records System (EHRS) – [email protected] – requesting information on your COVID-19 vaccination status. This message is legitimate and was coordinated through NASA’s Offices of the Chief Health and Medical Officer and Chief Information Officer.
In order to increase the health, safety, and effectiveness of on-site work, NASA is asking employees to voluntarily report if they have received the COVID-19 vaccination. Individual vaccination data will be available ONLY to approved clinic staff at NASA centers. However, the aggregate center/facility data is essential to performing an accurate analysis of the risk at a particular NASA location and accordingly modifying preventive measures and the amount of on-site work. Additionally, employees involved in a close contact tracing, but who have been vaccinated, will not need to self-isolate per CDC guidance.
If you received your vaccination through the agency, it already is noted in your secure profile in EHRS and you do not need to report again. For those who received, or plan to receive, the COVID-19 vaccine from a community source, NASA invites you to voluntarily provide your vaccination status through self-reporting at NASA’s Electronic Health Records System (EHRS). Your individual vaccination status will not be used for any management purposes nor will it affect your access to the worksite.
Note: The security and privacy of your medical information is paramount. All data stored in the EHRS is encrypted and accessible only to clinic staff at your center. NASA also strictly follows all privacy act laws and agency privacy, records keeping, and health information management system (10HIMS) policies to maintain the privacy of your data.”
