There are two primary ways to find a submarine w/sonar:

  1. Look for the sound of the submarine.
  2. If they're really good, look for the hole in the sound of the ocean.

THIS is a type 1 situation, here; they are squeaking and fighting to keep patriots from verifying voters and documenting the evidence of their fraud. Dense flak = over the target.
