I disagree. "Letting companies decide whether to require the customer to wear a mask" is entirely different from FORCING companies to require the customer to wear a mask. And also different from business owners saying "bah, I don't mind if you go maskless" which is the case in most parts of the U.S. I've travelled in.
The sheep are concentrated in the big cities. I like it that way; it keeps them far away from ME. Which gets back to my original point: if you happen to be stuck in one of those hardcore blue cities, GET OUT. Pretty please with cherry on top.
