Everyone says Trump should have acted when he had the chance. What exactly could he have done?
He talked about mail in voting, for one. Why did he not take measures to prevent the last minute changes the states made to voting because it was "too dangerous" to vote in person?
What could he have done?
Invoked the insurrection act. Martial law in the battle ground states. Make arrests freeze assets etc etc. The vast majority of the ppl would of supported him. Would they have been riots? Yes but that would be nothing new and all he had to do was declare martial law in those hot spots. Any antifa/blm would of been rounded up and there leaders later hanged for treason. This would of dragged out till November and later the truth exposed for all to see. Cut and dry
Martial law is idiotic and unsupportable outside of war or a calamity that wipes out local government (e.g. natural disaster leading to anarchy). Even then, good luck getting the states to accept it. Perfect q fodder though.
Oh for fucks sake...why does everyone keep screeching about the insurrection act? In case you haven’t been paying attention...The top brass in the military is just as cucked and controlled by the deep state as the media and corporations. They wouldn’t have went along with that.
Here’s what would have happened...the military would have done nothing. They could have simply said “we believe the insurrection act is unconstitutional. We will not obey an unconstitutional order”. Whether or not that order was constitutional or not would have been irrelevant. Because in a matter of days, the house would have voted to impeach him and the senate would have voted to remove him. Don’t let last political theater fool you, how long it takes and GOP vs Dem....they are all part of the Uniparty and they would have banded together on this. The military would just have to bide their time until Trump was removed.
Trump can’t just make arrests and freeze assets. He doesn’t have that power, nor would I want any president to have that power. With that being said, yeah, we all would have supported him, but the deep state is the ones who runs the show. What we want doesn’t matter. The deep state would have out a stop to any arrests or asset freezes.
So again, what could Trump have done? This is bigger than Trump, in my opinion.
Of fucking please. Under the martial law the President has dictatorial powers. As for lack of constitutional authority? Need I remind you that FDR froze Japanese and German assets before we even were at war with said countries? This was done under the pretext of national security. Oh and the field commanders would of followed Trump's orders without question. The opposition only has department heads (bribed ones) that if would of showed any opposition. would have been easily placed under arrest with out murmur of complaint for the underlings. The globalists don't have the support of the masses. It would of been a quick and painless operation. I don't think anyone would have shed any tears for the like of Xiden or ppl like schumer. Now get lost and shove you fake elections up your ass
FDR also put Japanese people into concentration camps, which would never be allowed today. I also don’t know exactly whose assets Trump could have frozen that would have made any difference.
If Trump had declared martial law, I guarantee you the military would have claimed that he had become a threat and ignored him and arrested him. Again, whether or not his moves were constitutional or not wouldn’t have mattered. The deep state hated that man. Let’s not pretend like the Constitution matters...our politicians have clearly shown they can ignore or misinterpret the Constitution (gun control laws, abortion) and face zero consequences. The military is heavily indoctrinated to follow the chain of command. Field commanders and soldiers, who I do believe truly supported and believed in Trump, still would have followed orders from the top brass. I know you know that deep down.
